After much deliberation I decided to strike out on my own in 2008 and start a consulting company to focus on smaller companies with the hope of transferring some of the knowledge and experience gathered over the last thirty years. I have been very fortunate to have managed nineteen different Companies or facilities during that time. I have seen the good, bad and ugly of turnaround efforts and have been troubled that often times some reap huge benefits while the business is gutted and not able to sustain itself for the long term.
